You have to remember that he's not going to last as a celebrity if he's found out he's an omega. All his group members and other celebs he's going to be around are alphas. Hes working hard because his parents believe in him. He's willing to sacrifice himself for the people he can't let down. Many of us can relate to that in real life.
Its not like it's permanent. It depends on the author/ mangaka. In many omegaverse stories the alpha can break off the pair. In other stories the omegas have mental scaring when the pair is broken off. So anything is possible in fiction ╮(￣▽￣)╭
