Honestly I’ve been waiting for someone to say this. Hyesung was really pulled into this relationship without much of a say so. Everything happened to him so fast and he had no time to process any of it. And at one point (it still kinda does right now tbh) his life depended on him learning to accept and be with Dojin because of their bond. Hyesung was never really given a choice in any of this and if he was he had a lot of forces persuading him to go against his judgement. In a way this isn’t really love. It’s a Part of survival instinct.
TO BE FAIR. A good number of omegaverse mangas are like this. In a lot of them, it's the omega or alpha first coming on and the omega gets roped into a physical relationship fast & the hormones pile up and they end up together and it leaves yiu with a sour taste in your mouth when it feels like the character didn't get the chance to assess what they want enough. HOWEVER, I don't mind the way this webtoon is going considering season 2. It's true Hyesoon didn't really get a chance but that boy is in denial of something every other chapter & honestly, I hate how they didn't have good communication from the start. Obviously they wouldn't bc it's a friggin webtoon/manga I guess （￣へ￣). BUT there was a point where they each genuinely liked each other is season 2, it's just that Hyesung's PRIDE got in the way of saying it aloud bc of his perception of rich alphas and the whole situation with him still needing to accept what it means to be an omega and all its aspects. At the same time of this in season 2, Dojin Already knew he genuinely liked Hyesung but the dumbass wouldn't say it aloud bc he feared it would ruin everything if Hyesung really didn't like him, ESPECIALLY when they found out he was pregnant bc Dojin couldn't let the baby die prematurely. IN A WAY, separately from the issues of the relationship being forced, they both like being with each other as individuals, they in fact do balance each other out. BUT because of so much miscommunication + them getting pregnant quickly, Hyesung kept falling back into denial about what it means to be an omega; he kept seeing the "ugly" sides and it was no help that Dojin is hella rich and kept being insecure to say he liked the boy out loud through this tormoil in season 2. SOOO I believe this is as good as it's gonna get for the two dumbasses to reach each other and finally have GOOD communication. This most recent development with Hyesung's increasing desire for sex I think is just more like him finally (unconsciously) getting so comfortable being an omega with an alpha that his instincts intensify due to their bond. AGAIN, another "ugly" side to being an omega for him, but eventually they worked it out and Hyesung is accepting that he is an omega and he's gonna have to face the fact that the bond intensified his instincts and there's nothing wrong with being more sexual AS AN OMEGA. This last misunderstanding was partly bc it shocked him to feel like he wanted Dojin so badly and he 'devalued' the fact that he wants Dojin as much as Dojin has wanted him.
I think that's the title bcuz (i know im gonna get hated for this) hyesung is not really feeling love , he's attracted to dojin bcuz they're mates and he cant help it, it's nature. The attraction or 'love' he's feeling is just an illusion.
