The Little bonus is called ‘Another reincarnation’. In these few pages it gives you the perspective of the egg. You can see how the little creature in the egg is confused in where it is and what is going on. You get to see how kumoko finds the egg and manhandles it and how the humans steal the egg back. As the egg hatches it turned out to be a kind of cute reptile monster. After it hatches it is taken in by a noble and is living a comfortable life.
