honestly i think thats also the purpose of this story, because he hasn't really decided if he is 'alive' or not or should even care because he is indeed dead. but also he can feel something because obviously his emotions arent dead. if you recall he was really embarrassed when he was helping him pee? of course for bl he can get aroused and cum but he cant feel the coldness of water so idk what the author has in store tbh.
