Osiris had always been secretly inlove with Seth, so he was secretly super jealous of Seth's marriage to Neftis so he always interfered secretly with their married life from the sides, plotting to ruin their chances of having children, sending Seth away to war, etc etc. When Osiris found out Seth's wife Neftys was becoming desperate to give Seth a child, but was unable to, he somehow persuaded her into letting him be the one to secretly get her pregnant instead. For some reason I haven't read yet, Seth had been unable to impregnante her so far (though I am almost sure it was Osiris doing, as sometime later Osiris shows Seth some weird plant he could use to steal Seth's seed so he couldn't get his wife pregnant).
So, Osiris secretly impregnated Seth's wife in Seth's place, and she gave birth to Anubis, whom Seth initially thought was his own son and whom he raised and grew to love immensely.
One day, Seth learned the truth and went to confront Osiris, while Osiris' wife Isis heard the truth from Seth's repentant and crying wife. Osiris then showed he had already been preparing for such an outcome and how to turn it to his advantage in order to make Seth his: he finally admitted to Seth the way he felt about him, and when Seth refused him because both of them were married, Osiris answered he would then just have to go on with what he had been planning in order to "force" Seth to give in. He said children were the "shackles" that kept couples together, so he was just going to have to "impregnate" Seth in order to "shackle" him to himself. Since two male gods couldn't create a newborn, he would use the "goddess' reproductive essence" he had stolen from Seth's wife and inject it inside Seth in order to be able to create the newborn's body, and for the newborn's soul he had already stolen Anubis' soul which would become the soul of Osiris and Seth's new "child". That way, Osiris said, they'd be fulfilling both Seth's wish to have a child and Osiris' own wish to "shackle" Seth to himself.
Since doing so meant killing the current Anubis (whose body, uknown to Seth up to this point, was currently lying on a bed as an empty shell, after Osiris had recently stolen his soul) Seth was obviously horrified, and demanded that Osiris give back Anubis' soul. When he saw Osiris wasn't listening, he said he didn't need to have any biological children of his own after all, that the current Anubis that he had taken in and raised like his own was more than enough, and that would have sex with Osiris in every way Osiris wanted, as long as Osiris restored Anubis' soul to Anubis' original body. And that's how Osiris' rapes of Seth started, with Osiris holding Anubis' life hostage in order to get Seth to do what he wanted.

Omg!!! I guessed right!!! I know some shit happened with Seth from the beginning!! People became evil either that's their nature or something pushed them to became evil.
At first I felt something is not right with Seth and Chap 5 proved it more to me when he taught anubis about war and he wishes anubis to become a like his mom

Seth's drowning didn't have anything to do with Isis (the goddess of magic, Osiris' wife) because Seth was actually tricking Osiris into doing something foolish that could kill him by inducing him to dive into the river of the dead that separates the world of the living and the world of the dead or sth... (it seems like once you tresspass that barrier by getting into that rive, even if you're one of the Egyptian gods, you die for real...). Seth basically made him think that all the war victims whose deaths Seth had caused while defending Egypt from invaders had finally come to drag Seth down with them to hell or sth... Seth was just grasping at straws for a way to get rid of Osiris permanently and was getting desperate because Osiris could always regenerate, so that's why he tried that move, not knowing if the river would actually manage to off Osiris (since he was known as a very rare type of god that was practically unbeatable) or if Osiris would actually risk his own life and divinity etc etc by going into that river of the dead right after a fake "Seth" (while the real Seth watched from a hiding spot).
As for what Isis the goddess of magic was doing, she was performing a ritual to get revenge by putting a curse on herself, Osiris, Seth and Neftys so that none of them would get what they wanted. Though other people say later on that Isis' curse actually fell on all Egyptian gods and on Egypt, threatening them with destruction, at the moment she worded her curse she only included four people as the curse's intended victims: Seth, Osiris, Seth's wife Neftys and even Isis (the goddess of magic) herself (later on Seth figures out she included herself as a target because she thought she also deserved a punishment due to the way she couldn't make herself stop loving her husband Osiris, even after seeing all the abominable stuff he had done). The curse on these four was that Osiris (Isis' husband) would never be able to keep Seth, that Seth would never again have the happy family he yearned for, that Neftys (Seth's wife) would never succeed in killing herself to end her shame like she desperately wished for, and that Isis herself would never be able to keep Osiris by her side (which became true since now Osiris can never leave the world of the dead for long, as he already belongs there, so he and Isis can never be reunited in the world of the living for long, and Isis apparently can't just up and go to the world of the dead with Osiris, either).
Spoilers maybe..?
Okay so wait was Osiris raping Seth in the past? And was that why Seth had enough and chopped Osiris up and threw him into the Nile, because that was the only why he was going to free himself from him? Cause that’s what it looked like in the raws. Like the images Showed that Osiris raping Seth repeatedly and then Seth trying to kill Osiris but not being able to so he tried to kill himself instead. Osiris panicked when he saw him trying to commit suicided and that’s what led to Seth tricking Osiris and finally being able to chop him up.
Also is Anubis like the black sheep of the group? Like he just feels like a very misfortunate character.
Makes me wish I understood Korean lol so many questions!
