Basically shin is writing a letter to his mom telling him everything that’s happening. (When it’s for the readers to have closure, really meta). In the last part (important !!) shin talks about when he was a little kid, he saw the moon and the stars, but no sun. Wolfgangs metaphorically his sun, and that he needs to let the sun go in order for Wolfgang to succeed. So the king needs a wife. ;;;((((( super sad since this whole season was for shin to confess his feelings. It’s called triple crown because it’s the original crown, the rebellion, and shins love. I’m so stocked for season 3 but I know I’m gonna be more sad.
So Shin and Wolfgang broke up at the end of season 2??
Wow i wonder what happened that the author decided to do that? I clearly remembered in season 1 epilogue they said season 2 will be R-18, but we didn't have that afaik... and now even the ending is sad?
They didn’t necessarily them breaking up. Shin just told Wolfgang that he needs a wife. And yes the author was planning on making it r-18, but because of the popularity, the author wanted to make it available to everyone. I believe there is a r-18 version of this, but Idk if the ppl who I read it from will do it.

-Shin is only using the Red head guy. Wolfgang has a lot of enemies and they are plotting against him, Shin needs evinced to stop them. Shin decides to make the Red head his pawn by making him fall for him, Red head is part of Wolfgang's enemies. He will use the Red head to get proof so they can arrested them. Red head catches feels for Shin.
-Wolfgang's enemies attack the castle. Shin's plan was to sacrifice himself for Wolfgang so he gave Wolfgang something to put him a sleep and had people sneak him out the castle. He did this cuz he knew if Wolfgang knows about his plan he would stop him. Wolfgang's enemies broke intro the throne room and finds Shin sitting on the throne instead of Wolfgang. Shin sacrifice himself and let them take him.
-Wolfgang's enemies torture shin to find out where Wolfgang is but never talks. They gave Shin some kind of poison, while in pain he thinks about Wolfgang and realizing his feels (he's in love) for Wolfgang. Red head stops the torture cuz he has feels for Shin and want to help. During this time Wolfgang finally wake up and people explain to him what had happen. Wolfgang decides to fight back and to recuse Shin.
