I ended up dropping this too because I thought the author was going to give the MC a different love interest than what we expected and have a bl ship intertwined within the story. But as it turns out the prince's captain has feelings for him but the prince basically just goes back and forth between the MC and his captain and for that I couldn't get past it. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ ╥﹏╥ ╥﹏╥
Which was a HUUUGE disappointment, ┑(￣Д ￣)┍I had nothing against a bl ship within the story but I wish the author would have made it clear they were a bl ship and the MC ends up with someone else. Or the captain gets with someone else, all in all it was almost like the author wanted to combine yaoi and shoujo but had NO idea how to go about it. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
And for that I am upset as this had so much potential to becoming a good story. （￣へ￣）
exactly! i would even be okay if the fl would end up on her own as an independent woman and the friend of fl, but the way how poorly written the romance is, this clearly isn’t happening
as someone who holds yaoi dear to heart, this shit is completely unacceptable and not cute at all. i thought i was the only one who had problem with this whole concept, but thank lord i’m not. anyways, i’m dropping this
