This is literally one of the best mangas out there imo I've read it a bunch of times and I will never get tired of it.
OK so it's bl and I remember these two boys that follow that line on the side of the roads and meet each other.
It's a bit long manga and I remember it being angsty. I think they break up a while and then get back together after a few years
