She's the cause because remember how she gave athy the bliue ribbon and that ribbon has magic on made by the black hair dude and so now that athy is wearing it i think it does something to claude and i'm really confused about the part where he announces athy is not his daughter when he went back he got a headache similar so what exactly is the cause me don't know but i want Lucas to come back as fast as he can
but also do you remember the flash into the original novel where we saw claude collasped on the ground and calling for jeanette? I think she's the trigger to the headaches as well as the anesthetic to it. My theory is that she numbs it out but when she's away it intensifies even more and gets worse
Jeanette is a drug for Claude. The magic she has gives Claude temporary relief makes him number liketc drugs do he meets her for that reason he is sort of addicted to the feeling of numbness. But in the long run it harms him; All of this was planned by claude's brother. The ribbon jetty gave Athy had been infused with magic which when Claude extracted he lost memories. At first he was planning to make jetty a puppet by placing dark magic on the snow globe he gave her but he felt guilty I guess? So he erased it.

I dont get it, if Jeanettes the child born out of dark magic then shouldnt SHE be the one who gives Claude the headaches? In the past life, Athy was dead but Claude still had those terrible headaches around her so shes definitely the cause.
