Welcome to my lesson!

All these people are asking how he has stamina from just eating bread, well! *clap* my GCSEs were cancelled Due to the virus so I’ll use my knowledge here!
Bread is a source of carbohydrates. Carbs are stored in the muscles and liver as an energy source called glycogen. However, when the body needs glucose for cell respiration (Which is Glucose + Oxygen —> Water + Carbon Dioxide) the glycogen is made back into glucose and used.
You can get slow release carbohydrates such as whole grain bread, cereals, and oats which provide energy for things like long distance running or in this case sex. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
Or
Fast release carbohydrates such as jelly babies, white bread, rice pudding, and baked potatoes can be eaten after exercise to rapidly boost your blood sugar level back to what it needs to be.

Thus concluding that eating bread, does in fact, give Salvatore stamina!
There you have it, you learn something new everyday!
Thank you for coming to my lesson, I expect £10 tomorrow when I wake up. My services aren’t cheap! (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Also, feel free to correct me if you see any errors in my information. As I said, my GCSEs were cancelled so it’s not like I’ve spent much time learning this information in class. It was all mostly from memory.

Isn't it funny how I study food science and I was thinking how tf he was sustaining on bread, since he wouldn't have had the nutrients to sustain anything, unless it's fortified bread ( ̄∇ ̄")

Jelly babies are fruit jellies in the shape of babies, like gummy bears. It’s easier to look up on the internet. They’re quite nice.
