In the novel Claude met Jenette like a couple of time in the whole series. There was none of this useless dragging drama (coff coff* made just to give Jenette the spotlight coff coff*). When Athy and Claude meet again he said to her that even if he doesn't remember her he still loves her and she will always be his daughter. (AND HERE WE ARE WITH THE JENETTE BULLSHIT :) why tho ). So she stays in the palace with him and during her 15th birthday Lucas comes back and slaps the shit out of Claude so he remembers Athy. Basically this whole arc was not in the novel. Spoon and Plutus made this just for the drama and to give Jenette some scenes (it seems to me that they want her to become the the main chara at this point but whatever I'm disappointed).

Her most favourite person is replacing her right in front of her eyes. HA. In the future, even if Claude remembers her again she will always doubt his love and feel anxious because JUST IMAGINE YOUR DAD SENDING YOU AWAY AND CALLING FOR SOMEONE ELSE.
