Ok I don’t know if I’m imagining it but I’m pretty sure its a doujinshi, if not its a fanfic. The couple is Ereri (Eren x Levi) with Eren as an alpha and Levi as an omega and Levi knows they are both mates but he doesn’t tell Eren until he goes on heat and Eren discovers this and Levi was hiding somewhere at base and the both of them were alone PLEASE SOMEONE HELP I CANT FIND IT
