Looking for yaoi

Hello everyone I am looking for a yaoi. It's about two guys that have been friends since I think highschool. I think it was in color and was maybe a webtoon? Either way it starts of with a group of friends giving gifts and they did a white elephant thing and the seme gets a scar that the uke picked out. Apparently each year the uke picks a gift hoping that his crush gets it an this year he does. After that the seme which has some amazing tattoos btw needs a place to stay at so he stays with the uke. The uke never confessed since the seme is somewhat a Playboy and he thought he was straight untill he saw him in his house with a boy in his bed. Things got a bit acward between them after that and then the seme started to realize he likes the uke too. He invited him out to a big Christmas tree and wraps a scarf around the uke neck. The uke realized it the same as the one he gave his crush so he thinks it's over untill he turns and the seme still has his. After that the confess and go home to have sex.

Hope that's enough the story was only a few chapters long so there's not much I can say or remember about the plot.
