It's a shame. Like I feel I at least understood enough to get what's going on in the chapter but I don't think I know enough to fully understand the story as a whole. It's like she writes the story as if it is set in a world we're all familiar with.
I hope she will explain more things later on but looking at her previous work, I'm afraid I'll end up getting frustrated and drop it as well.
I've noticed that this author though her concepts are interesting has a bad habit of not doing enough world building - I mean not enough exposition to explain things properly.
