I think it's a shoujo and a school life manga. The girl and the guy are next-door neighbors. Due to an incident, they moved in together (i think the guy's house flooded or burned or smtg). They first started on the wrong foot. I think he rejected her friend or smtg in a bad way which made her mad. Thankss
