From what I could gather from the raws, the crown Prince is being controlled by his uncle(the bearded white haired man who looks related to the crown prince) well--not controlled as in manipulating him to do shit but it seems his uncle is planning to turn him into a puppet king. He's been abused by him too since childhood and when the uncle looked like he was about to hit him, the prince flinched.

Well what if it's the crown prince who killed his mother or like a member of her family and that it's him who spread those rumors about the first prince think about it he wants to kill the author because he's making the Prince supported and loved by his people. .....what do you think? ヾ(☆▽☆)
