The side story about the doctor and Doyun’s brother has been out for around a month in Korean. The author tweeted recently that they will tweet as soon as they have updates about the official English translation
The first english translated chapter of the side story is already out now on Lezhin ;)
The korean and english versions do not come out at the same time! Please note that it did come back in february, but that's the korean version and that the english version is always at least a couple of chapters behind, 3-4 chapters to be exact. The korean is now 3 chapters ahead and thus the english side story first chapter came out today on Lezhin English.

When will the season 2 be released? Author says they will be back on February on the extra chapter but it's already mid March so... I hope they are fine :/
