What happens next is sorta ambiguous, I don't think the prince put it in. I think he just gives him a hand job, and tells grandpa to "wait for the flowers to bloom." - Ch 42
Other things happen - we get a new character named jules he's a friend of our ML

Grandpa runs away from the house while the prince isn't paying attention and decides to stay in a shrine until MC's heavenly tribulation, however the Prince finds him immediately. Once as a small kid, second as a stright up assassin, third as an undercover assassin. it's alluded earlier that the prince raped grandpa at least TWO times in the past, and of course for narrative purposes doesn't remember shit but grandpa sure does.
