in one of the recent novel chapters, Ru Da is confirmed as female. I didn't pull that info out of thin air. Ru Da had a teeny tiny POV wherein she was notably referred as a "she", not a "he". Sorry to disappoint you but I have read the novel (not the translated one) but the original all the way to the end and i can confirm "she" is a male. maybe the original context just got lost in translation but you are free to believe in anything you want to believe. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
