I disagree, if you see your coworker in that position and not know the context, its safer to give a warning just in case he's in a deep situation where he cant say no. This day and age we need to help each other, so yes, ANYONE is in the position where we can give a warning.
Well since she only saw and didn't really know what was happening she doesn't have a say on this. Sometimes it's better to not say anything when you've only seen the surface.
I also disagree lol yeah she didn't know what was going on, but she literally saw suha fall sick again and again, get tired. She doesn't want to pry too much and therefore decided to give a warning. I think she handled this perfectly, not to mention that Director Park is now starting to think more about Suha and his consent. If you think a coworker might be suffering abuse, you don't ignore it, you look out for each other. She didnt blow thing out of proportion but also just gave a warning and looked out for Suha, God I love her
