Well there's the laws but also, I didn't catch on to this until I re-read the whole story, but they're all still in middle school, they seem older but yeah they're all probly 14-15 at the most so they're at that age where they're getting curious but probly not going to do any impulsive sexual things like say a second or third year highschooler would.
