I know what you are talking about. I already read that. The guy that can copy abilities have a long and white colored hair. I forgot the title though, but i will try to look for it coz i forgot to bookmark it. I'll tell you when i find it, and if you are still looking for it.

i've read it a long time ago but never completed it thats why i wanted to read it again
forgot the title but the story is like there was a meteor(?) and it gave other people powers/abilities and they were being shipped off in an island specially made for them.
There's also this guy whose ability is that it can copy other ability of someone.. （￣へ￣）
