I'd like to think Miyazawa and Katsuura have just started dating after K drunkenly confessed to M at an afterparty. M just went along with it cuz K's nice and kinda cute. Of course, M doesn't have any real feelings for M at this point but gradually he falls for K too and their relationship progresses~

so uhhhh am i the only one left feeling a little empty. this left me the impression that miyazawa didn't really feel anything towards katsuura? i mean we straight up don't get anything more than 'they're coworkers, they're dating and there's an age gap' from miyazawa. on the other hand, there was a lot more feelings going on between the president and miyazawa, especially with that line 'it's because you're like this that...' which he never completes...
