realized I have more to say — i actually really like that it ended off without them having a kiss bc it continues on that realistic theme of slow healing and I feel like having a kiss would have messed it up. plus if they kiss in the after story possibly in the future, itll make it like 100x more magical!!
FUCK THIS WAS SO GOOD. Often times when mangas try to have this sort of story line they make it super unrealistic in regards to trauma and the healing of such trauma. It's not immediate and its takes sooo much time. I was really ready to drop this if the black haired mc just got magically better after falling in love but I'm sOOOO happy he didnt. it's so realistic and raw and beautiful. Honestly this has to be one of my favorite mangas and it shows such a realistic pattern of growth
