I think your observation is spot on in some aspects. The uke is supposed to be sensitive all over their body as the receiver and that is why they're naked; but apparently the seme only feels it in his penis so he doesn't need to do much more than unzip his pants. I’m the only one that is annoyed by the fact that when in Yaoi they do a quickie, the uke is always completely nude while seme wear some clothes. Like the uke is the submissive one and had no dignity while the seme is big and masculine so he still wear some clothes.
