Jiho, once confessed and once rejected by dan-i. It's in the novel. He just made it seem like he never did. He is inlove with dan-i.

What chapter is that in the novel?

From where I read, it's on chapter 122-124 when Yoo Chunyoung and Eun Jiho talked about Jiho's confession during their little truth or dare? game with the other boys in the room. Jiho then talked about his confession that Donnie took as a joke to Chunyoung, since they both know they have a crush on the same girl.

Well the op did ask if Jiho confessed to her before and since his reaction is part of the chap 45 spoilers were needed to answer this question.
