Nope. And trust me, the male lead is NOTHING like Mr. Darcy... I think it's supposed to be some kind of reference to the way the female protagonist and the male lead have a sort of "love-hate relationship", filled with "pride" and "prejudice", as he is both her neighbour and arranged-marriage future partner, due to an agreement between their parents since before they were even born... But even that reference is too far-fetched because really, neither their relatioship, nor the couple's character and behavior are anything like those in Austen's Pride and Prejudice...
It has something to do with Pride and Prejudice of Jane Austen?
