Can't just take a pill and make a whole-ass uterus go away. I'm pretty sure the pill is reversible/temporary for the alpha (just speculation) but if the omega had taken it and claimed that he isn't an omega anymore I would have been not too happy cuz that's not how I'd want the science in my omegaverse to be.
