Looking for this manga

Hi,
I am looking for a manga I read awhile back. I remembered a lot more of it the other day but only remembered to ask about it now.

I remember one part where the uke is kidnapped or sold. And is basically I think naked and sent into like a room/maze.

An older guy is trying to find him first (there are others I believe, like a contest) . The uke is also drugged beforehand.

I think the uke or seme knock off the guys mask too. Anyways, the seme saves the uke.

I really want to find it so thanks
