There's no cheating so far unless you count a host having sex with their clients as part of their job cheating. (The two mains are not together yet though). There's some drug use (pheromone perfume) but not used between the two main guys, but it is nonconsensually used on them by a third party. There's attempted sexual assault by that third party though and some forceful sex between the mains but I guess it's a bit on the blurred line, though I wouldn't call it rape personally.
