So basically this manga, i think it was a one-shot, is about a seme and a uke that have been in a relationship for some time now, even living together, but the seme decided to cut off the relationship thinking it's for the best. The uke accepts it. The seme keeps bringing girls to the house to fuck with them, but at one point the uke brings a man, the seme gets really mad with jealousy and after a quarrel they get back together.
