he set up a fake blind date and let it be known so Joel would come. He left and walked as long as Joel followed so they could be in a secluded area. Even Joel understood Chase was manipulating that situation. I don't fault Chase, it's fair he says what he wants... But, to be fair, he has manipulated Joel the entire time.

Well I dunno if the date itself was fake but chase def planned it out to give joel a push and kind of force him to take a stand either for or against having a relationship with him. I dunno how to explain it clearly but chase manipulated the entire evening all the way down to that almost kiss to push Joel into some kind of action for better or worse.

we don't know if it was a fake date ( yet) but I suspect it was.. because yes Chase wants a boyfriend.. and he wants it to be Joel. He has single mindedly chased only Joel through this whole story.And played and tricked and faked and manipulated his way into Joels life.. just my opinion. It's ok to ask someone to declare or not, so you can move on if you need to.. but , there's no mistake, Chase is still after Joel.
