He's not reacting this way with other men (inhun) around him since the beginning I never thought that the medicine was on purpose making him desired. I think since he was sick the medicine is too strong for his body and then he has more difficulties to resist his sexual desire and that's why he thinks it was because of the medicine but it's just that bc of his sickness he is more sensible to seungho. That's what I think
Hmm that makes sense! Also, he had the time to reflect a little too, his dream has showed that he is in fact repressing himself. That he does feel the desire. He's still lost and confused, but will likely come to understand things he feels. I'm happy to see his development!

Wasn't NK going to take the medicine just before SH ordered him to come to his room and refused it? I think the reaction is his. He was aroused by SH or the situation.
Oof, now that's interesting! I actually thought he was refusing it, but took it in the end, because of what the servant said (that it was expensive etc). But maybe he didn't take it and was feeling all that naturally. Could be, since he did have badum badum badum after he woke up in ch34. There's so many badums, he even wonders why he's feeling all that :) One thing is sure, and it's been made clear throughout the story already. Nakyum is gay, he loves erotic painting, he enjoys seeing man have sex and possibly experience it himself, but he repressed himself like crazy, almost to the point he can't let go. I'm not sure, but I have a feeling SH will play an important role in his life of that force that will set his sexuality free. Hopefully
I also think that Nakyum was attracted to SH for quite some time but first he was repressed thanks to Sir, also his feelings for Sir were stronger before and we are now seeing NK slowly taking Sir off the pedestal he put him on.
As for his attraction to SH which subtly comes through in the paintings as his focus is always SH and more obviously when he has that internal monologue during SH's last night with Jihwa in chap.15 where after catching his eye over and over again and remembering the other nobleman's comments about SH looking at NK, he tells himself not to delude himself that SH is looking at him. Like it bothered him that SH could not want him.
Yes, yes! And whether it's his desire for SH or just men he likes in general, boy needs to set himself and his sexuality free, I'd love to see that happen

Also, NK blushed feeling SH lower part close to him while they slept :) Now, we were suspecting that the medicine NK didn't want to take anymore, because it made him feel weird was some sort of aphrodisiac and that's why he was so easily aroused when touched earlier. But at this point in the night, I tink it would've been gone already, it's been a while since he took it in the evening. So, what I'm getting at is, he blushed not because of the medicine(most likely aphrodisiac) but because of feeling SH so close to him :) It's just.... nice
