This obviously doesn't have a manga/webtoon because...
1. It's just not popular enough.
2. It is still ongoing.
3. The author hasn't updated this manga in more than a year.

yeahhhh I think I just visualised the characters and stuff in my head which is why i got confused about it being a webtoon. Anyway I wasn't asking about why there wasn't a webtoon, I was just searching for it and randomly found it again. I personally really enjoy the concept and the author is apparently known for long hiatuses so fingers crossed they update the novel again (=・ω・=)
