For now nobody is dead. I didn't read raws so I can't tell for the future but it doesn't seem like it will happen
I don't want to spoil it but both of them had deaths in their past that caused them to have psychological issues. We are finally getting a little more insight on one of the tragedies that affected one of the characters. I can't say if any of the characters die because the yaoi is not complete yet. This is a really good read because it's not a complete downer but it's the tragedies that makes their love struggles seem so genuine.

So I went over the comments and it's full of statements like'this is super sad','heartbreaking af' and many more.Just asking,what exactly is the tragedy?, do one of them die/ get cancer or something? It would be nice to know since I am not a fan of tragedy
