I'm not sure if what I'm looking for is a manga and/or an anime but I need help finding a title. It's about a forced marriage between childhood friends (associates). They first saw each other while seeking shelter from the rain. (As cliche as it is) She fell in love at first sight but was unable to confess her feelings... yet the guy was considered heartless. Always wearing an emotionless facial expression.

I believe the girl was living with her uncle and cousin after her parents past. I also think that her cousin fell for the same boy.
