Ok so
It’s stated that only one of the wheelchair guy’s legs are messed up,,
So why does he ride in a wheelchair?
Can’t he just use a prosthetic leg :0??
Is it for the plot :O?

In Ch.59, it's mentioned on the adoption paper that he has a spine injury and a ruptured knee. He's most likely paralyzed from the waist down, not hurt in one leg
