Ugh and he was so gracious, too (it makes my love for him grow) — “ I surrendered so sadly” — that resigned heartbreak. For being so young, he’s also so much more mature in his thoughts / actions. I love that he calmly let go - which is a totally healthy normative response after what he’s been through. It seems like characters rarely do that in these stories and the humility is refreshing.
I think I've never been happier to see a break up.
I was so happy that Seth realised that the thing wasn't good and let go.
