No, when you are drunk you are not in a state where you can control yourself. It’s not because you drink that you want to have sex, and the other person should know that (in this case, both were drunk so it’s quite not the same, but still seme is a stalker and have done some bad things)
So basically when you are drunk you are not yourself and so you can’t give consent to your actions. Oif you don’t give consent then it’s rape. A lot of person target drunk people to abuse them because they’re not in there right mind, can’t defend themself or anything. i stand by what i said. he was not black out drunk. when you drink you are responsible for what happens. you cant use being drunk as an excuse to get out of things. dont get drunk with strangers, or even with people you dont trust. you put yourself in a vulnerable position. the story shows hosik wanting to have sex, and that he already had feelings. drunk sex happens constantly without people calling it rape.

nope. a mini skirt doesnt incapacitate you the way that getting drunk does. if you are wearing the mini skirt you can say no. if you are drunk you are choosing to put yourself in a dangerous situation. if you dont mind making yourself vulnerable then go into a random bar and get completely drunk without anyone to look out for you. are you willing to take that risk? i wouldnt recommend it. just as i dont recommend taking drinks from strangers. nothing wrong with the skirt, just call the police or security if anyone becomes rude. you didnt respond to my comments on people that get DUIs.
