19 is his korean age (usually korean age is one year older than actual age), so chase is actually 18 years old
Joel is in the end of his 30s so he almost 40 tho
Let's not pretend age is the only reason why they shouldn't be together. But hey, if you want to focus on that, then nothing I can do about it. Just remember that even when parents divorce, they should prioritze their children and consider their child's feelings and well being before going into a relationship. Joel is no position trying to start a relationship with a teenage boy when he can even be decent father to his teenage son.
I LOVE, the Joel and Chase interaction. I hope and pray, that they do get together. People are freaking out, because of the age difference. It's silly. Chase is of legal age...I could see if he was 15, but he's 17! Plus, most of the readers on this platform are between the ages of 13 and 18. They are reading hardcore yaoi, but complain about a fake ass, story line between a 30 something year old, and a 17 year old "webtoon characters". Pah-lease!
