I know that the story isn't going in that direction, but I really want the 'romance' part of it to be in the background or not at all. I like the family /companionship vibes and her adventures in the aristocrat society. I wanna see her evolve and her reactions and how she raises those kids... There are enough love stories. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I totally get you. I started reading this expecting a romance-centric plot, and fell for the family dynamic instead. I mean I also wouldn't mind romance, as long as it isn't treated like the most important relationship with everything else shoved in the background, but I have faith in this author.
