you never make a move on a drunk person, that is considered sexual assault because the person who is under the influence is not in their right state of mind.
Of course the author did if that is how she wants the story to go! I mean she's the one creating this manga and if she planned for Rio to end up with Fujishima at the get go then that's the way it's gonna go lol. And besides after seeing Hikaru do that to Rio I wouldn't be hurt to never see his character again ever again, or at least for awhile.
The author destroyed Hikaru's image. I like Hikaru more than Fujishima but the author obviously sails FujiRio ship so she threw us that ridiculous action
