Well the person who posted the spoilers could read the spanish raws so what they said should be accurate but if it makes you feel any better they also said that they don't exactly know how the seme feels about the uke, since you never understand what's he thinking and his feelings are too distorted to interpret how he feels but I guess the overall impression he gives is that he doesn't love the uke and he's turning him into an omega so that the superior alpha that was always above him will become a fragile and dependent omega, was what they wrote in their original post.

I read the spoilers so basically the seme never loved the uke, when he stole his girlfriends in high school it wasn't out of jealousy and the usual trope of 'the only one who can have you is me' but out of spite because the uke was better than him. Then him going against his back by poking holes into the condom to turn him into an omega after they had agreed to stop doing actions that would turn him into an omega wasn't because of him being yandere and obsessed with the uke but because the uke was always better than him so he wanted to turn him a weak and pathetic omega, what a fucking joke.
