i wouldn’t say Jeff is worse, he definitely isn’t. However he does seem like he has hella anger issue and maybe anxiety issues with people.
Jeff was emotionally abusing Terrance for the longest time, rapes Terrance at one point, and then engages in a dubiously consented sexual encountered while Terrance is having a mental breakdown. Jeff is no catch.

Exactly. Jeff irritated me the heck of me for most of the chapters. He needs some therapy too, and the cops called on him at some points.

I personally believe Jeff is the one who needs some intense therapy as well because he acts more crazier than Terrence.Terrence is not mentally well because he's stressed out and provoked by Jeff most of the time. Jeff just acts like a mad man cuz his *feelings* sometimes,LOL. Someone needed to call the police on Jeff at least one time.
