Please help me find this anime

If you guys can find this it would be amazing because I have been searching forever for this.
It's a pretty old anime because I watched a long time ago, but I vaguely remember. Basically a little girl is able to transform into a young adult. She has pink hair, and she wears a kimono(?) with a katana. She's the boss of a group or something because I think she had underlings??
