NO I ACTUALLY KNOW ONE BL ISEKAI!! It's called "To be or not to be" (it's a manhua)
For the other one, (not isekai) they are not really historical but their stories take place in a world that looks like the 18th/19th century (no electricity, horse carriages, in that genre). If you still are interested :
