Personally

I appreciate how this story is turning out I stopped reading because it started getting bland with their everyday snobby dad and pretending to be cute daughter story so this unexpected turn out is great. And plus this story contain ALOT of foreshadowing.

Personally, I think it's turning out cliche, the story focusing on Jennette just makes it another one of those cliche white lotus princess stories where everyone dotes on her and thinks her clumsiness and naivety is endearing(which honestly sucks because I read this story for Athy not for a cliche which I can read literally anywhere else)

Really, take out Athy from the story and this story wouldn't be able to compete with other daughter and OP father stories.

but like isn't it making it more interesting though? how you'll see how everything turns out? it really makes you wonder you know. what will happen if Claude actually likes Jennette? will athy be ok? when will Lucas come back? it puts some drama in the story and you don't know how it will go and it makes it exciting.(▰˘◡˘▰)

I get what you mean but if you like understand why it’s turning like this? Because it’s originally jenette story so now it’s trying to situate it self together but I get what you mean I’m just excited to see how the author gonna turn this out

If Claude likes Jennette, Claude will die. Reread the manga. There's a chapter which shows the ending of loveable princess where Claude dies because of Jennette. Jennette is being used to get close to Claude which in turn let's his guard down. Remember how Claude gets migraines from athy, it's because of dark magic spell left on the pin given to her which in turn stuck on Claude. Claude gets migraines because of the dark magic. In the original story, Claude was weakened by the migraines which he never found that Jennette was the cause(child born of dark magic).

In the first place, if Jennette was the focus of the story and she got her wish. Athy will die, so will Claude. Her father which was described to be a horrible ruler will take over and probably continue his tyrannical reign. Claude was an asshole but he was a good leader. Also, if Jennette was the focus and our athy isn't part of the story, they'd never figure out that Jennette was a pawn used to destroy Claude in the end because fucking Jennette knows Jack shit. Because of that, nobody will get a hint as to why shit is turning out bad. Jennette will be all just cutesy, confused and act all innocent throughout the whole thing.

Also in the chapter I described, the whole time Claude was on the floor dying, Jennette was following her father around looking all confused and cutesy. Not even trying to help Claude. So No.

If Jennette ends up getting her wish, it'll kill characters.

Another way is if she and her father would be exiled together. That way, she gets her wish to have family. Without anyone fucking dying. Though the chances of that ever happening is 0
