Well we are not very sure if it really ended, some common say the author said she’s going to release additional extras this year! she said while relaxing she got some new ideas so we not sure it really ended.
Fargo was disappointed as well about how she ended LIAI. . . She also had thought about making a chapter with Hyesung's dad in it (maybe to bring closure idk) but she said she was scared of making it. . . :C

Well. . . I had only read the author's note through google translate but well what i understood from that was yeah she did. . . But that was back in November 2019, lately some people are saying Fargo said she will be making 2 extras, i havent seen her tweet but well thats what people are saying she said. So maybe it hasn't ended completely? Idk ^^;
I started following this manhwa since the first ch because I had read 'if you hate me so' and I found hyesung and dojin's relationship interesting. Highkey disappointed that Fargo ended up making hyesung more childlike in his physical appearance. For 72 chapters I genuinely felt that a ton of plot points were brought up then went nowhere. Hyesung's dad has a new family? Would've been nice to see some interaction there and maybe some closure? Missing mom? I havent reread love is an illusion and I probably wont for a while, but that would've been an interesting conversation between hyesung and dojin. I feel like a lot of the story is angst and fluff, but I never really felt anything during the angst because there really wasn't that much character development :/. You really just read it for the fluff since there isnt really much of a plot... Super disappointed with how it ended...
