Sorry, I thought it was obvious but neither chef Calix or his best friend are his soulmates, otherwise one of them would've noticed by now due to the amount of time they spend. His soulmate (and I'm pretty sure I'm right) is the long haired brunette that he hasn't met in person but he gets stalked by. Same person that also appeared on the TV as a food judge or whatever. How do I know? Besides being the most interesting plot point it could get, you just have to pay close attention: go back to the chapter where he first appears (I believe it's the 3rd) and check his chest. You'll see the imprint and the initials that, if isn't obvious by now, are Yeon's initials. Same way, if you go ahead to the chapter where Chef Calix checks his imprint, you'll see the guy's initials as well (his name is confirmed in both, the scene he first appears in and the TV)... So no, it can't be Calix or Sahyun.

okay, but the chef could've changed his birth name and his is actually name has the same initials. aren't you forgetting that our protagonist's initials were Y.S but he has a friend who also has Y.S???? i'm thinking chef and main guy really are a couple and best friend and the long haired guy are a couple and the author is just tricking us for now.

im sorry but you're being kind of delusional ngl and here's why: in the unlikely case Calix was main character's soulmate, Yeon's imprint would've glowed or became darker (something confirmed in the very first chapter) so there's no way it's Calix. Neither can it be his best friend as they would've noticed long by now. The long haired brunette is not on the manga cover because (It's my most rational theory) it's supposed to be a plot-twist, however if you analyze everything it makes sense. Just a little insight to prove my point:
- The main character's name is Yeon Soo Ha (Chapter 4, page 16).
- The long haired brunette's name is Go Hanbin (Chapter 7, page 64).
- GHB is Yeon's imprint and clearly stands for Go HanBin.
- YSH is Go's imprint and clearly stands for Yoon Soo Ha.
I do not speak Korean so I cannot read the raws and this is all fully based on what I've noticed. You can accept it or not, but I suggest you do because it's the most logical outcome. The chance of this being different is very slim.

it's been awhile since i read the first chapter so i didn't remember seeing the "glowing of the initials" part. the whole story is pretty vague right now and i was just saying it's still a possibility. i'm not being delusional, just bringing up different examples of how this could go. they're non fictional characters and i wouldn't be upset if something else happened, so no, i'm not being delusional lmao. if i came off hostile then please forgive me.
