Just like the original? the “e” pronounced like “e” in “hey” and “hell”. Idk maybe because I started reading yaoi after I learned Japanese

and uké
These two words come from Japanese spalling (of course) but are spelled as せめ (se-me) and うけ (U-ke).
To pronounce seme it would be like the se (SE)LL as in “I sell a product” and the me (ME)HH like “mehh it’s ok.” Not like me as in m(ee)t.
To pronounce uke it would sound like the U part in M(OO)N. Such as the moon in the sky and ke in (KE)LP. Kelp you find in the ocean.
All the E ending parts kinda sound like “ehhh”
